A beautiful 'Sunshine Blanket' has arrived from 'KnollyKnitter' this morning. Thank you so much.
'KnollyKnitter' has made Granny Squares for her Blanket in Peach, Cream and two tones of Pink. This Blanket is so warm and it has a really simple border of Cream trebles which finish the Blanket off so well. I have added a little Flower and a couple of Butterflies and I know it is going to loved in one of the Homes. Let's take a look at it now.

Next we have a Shawl for an Elderly Resident.

If anyone would like to make a 'Sunshine Blanket' and take it to their nearest Care Home, we do have some beautiful Labels made by Maria-Jesus that you would be able to access. This might save you Postage money sending to me. All I ask is that you take a photo and send it to me so that I can keep a record and count the Blanket in to our totals. If you want to find your nearest Care Home. Google 'Care Homes in ?' You should get a long list come up and then you can find your nearest one. I would telephone first. May be this way we could get our Blankets to other parts of the UK?
