I am very pleased today to be showing you 'The Lily Pond'. This Blanket was assembled by uomalley over on RAVELRY. This is a superb Blanket and the Squares mainly came in from The Kilmorack & Erchless' Craft Group in Scotland. uomalley made the pretty centre Square and the green Squares remind uomalley of lily pads in a pool so that's why she decided on the name. I think it's a great name for the Blanket.
I love the yarn used for the joining and the border and I found some pretty Butterflies for the centre and a couple too to hang on a crocheted chain. This really has been assembled beautifully and I am very grateful for your help. The Ladies in the Craft Group send me a box full of Knitted Squares every now and then and
I am always terribly grateful to them too. So thank you.
If you would like to check out uomalley's Blog here's the Link. Enjoy!
Let's take a look now.

What a pretty Blanket today!
Thanks to everyone for their help.
This morning I went to Tesco and noticed a couple of magazines I hadn't seen before.
I don't know whether you have spotted them.
Here they are.
I may be late seeing these but they may interest you.
Well I think that's it for today.
Thanks to you all!
