Afternoon Everyone!

I am very pleased to be showing you some Squares which have arrived today.

The first set is from Maria here in the UK. She has very kindly sent me some Olympic Squares which are lovely!  Two Squares showing the Olympic Rings, and two Squares showing the Spanish Flag. I love these Squares very much Maria and I am very pleased to be showing everyone today!

You have knitted them beautifully and I will put these with the other ones ready for our Olympic Blanket. I have started working on the Squares already but our Olympic deadline is end of March, if anyone else wants to do any. All details are on SIBOL CHALLENGES.

First we have the two Olympic circles.

Olympic Circles !

Now two beautiful Knitted Spanish Flags.

Spanish Flags! Thank you!

Thank you very much Maria! I love them.

Next we have a set of Knitted Squares from f1 widow over on the MSE Knitting Forum.  These Squares are very pretty too, I love particularly the pastel Squares. Great colours f1 widow and the patterns are great also.  I would love you to see these Squares.

f1 widow (MSE Forum) Your Squares arrived today! Thank you!

So.... pretty! Thank you very much indeed!

The last Square is from swirefly (RAV) over in the States. I am very pleased to be showing you her Jan Eaton Block no. 96 which is called 'Light and Shade'. This is a great Block. Thank you for making it swirefly! As I said on email I love this colour.

Let's take a look at it now.

swirefly (USA) Your Jan Eaton '96' arrived today! Thank you!

Thank you very much indeed for making these Squares Ladies. I love them all.

I would like to tell you that our Ebay Auction has now reached £62.00, which is amazing! Can we get any higher? Are you interested in bidding for a one-off special 'Think Pink' Blanket? The Auction finishes on Friday 10th February which is the Birthday of my twin Daughters and  you are most welcome to pop over to EBAY.
Lotti very kindly organised this Blanket with the help of Ladies all over the World. The Blanket is simply amazing!

Thank you to Lotti on RAV for co-ordinating this special Challenge.

Thanks to everyone that has already bidded!

I am also very pleased to say that the Landscape Blanket has now left me and is on it's way to Jersey 1st Class recorded. So the Organiser will be receiving it very soon now.

If anyone received a copy of Inside Crochet last weekend, you have probably read at the back that they are asking for 'favourite squares'.  Now I have opened a thread over on RAVELRY asking if anyone would like to send me their favourite Square. I am prepared to collect Squares probably around 25 and send them off to Inside Crochet from 'SIBOL'.  Please follow the Link for more details. They are either asking for photographs or the actual Square so I thought it would be nice to send Squares from our Group. Please leave your name if you want to take part with this project on the thread at RAVELRY.

I think that's about all now. I have been experiencing terrific problems with Ravelry and Flickr signing in today that's why I'm late with this post.  I don't know whether it's those 'cookies' playing up again. I shall have to ask Mr. Twins this evening to have a look for me. It's so frustrating....what should take no time at all, has taken me simply ages!

Bye for now!
