Good Morning,
I am very happy to be showing you two gorgeous Shawls and a stunning 'Sunshine Blanket' very kindly made and donated by Bridie here in the UK.
It's so nice to know that the idea of making Shawls for the Elderly has been accepted well and it's lovely to see what patterns you are using. These two Shawls are made in great colour combinations and they are a perfect size too.
The Sunshine Blanket will be so useful too for the Elderly and I will be sure to take it with me over the next few weeks. The last date for accepting Shawls and Blankets is the 8th February as I am having my Kitchen installed and it's going to be rather difficult to take any photos. So whatever comes in beforehand I will take with me.
Let's take a look now at Bridie's work.
I love the colours in the Sunshine Blanket 'Bridie' you've made a wonderful job of it thank you very much.
The Elderly are going to love everything you have sent to me today.
As I'm writing this post the Postman has just made his lunchtime delivery. So I will take a break and see what's arrived!
I'm back ......a Sunshine Blanket has arrived from 'jessiebonbon!'. The Squares in this Blanket have been made by Lynnes222 over in the States and she very kindly sent them to our 'SIBOL' project. 'jessiebonbon' has very kindly assembled the Squares for me and I absolutely love this Blanket. What a beautiful border too. Let's take a look at it now.
'jessiebonbon' very kindly made some Butterflies to decorate the Blanket and she also enclosed some Ribbon thank you very much indeed. How perfect!
Well I think that's it for now. Mr. T. is taking me out to lunch so I must sign off now.
Thank you for visiting 'SIBOL' today! Thank you Bridie and 'jessiebonbon' your work is amazing!
