Our SIBOL article appears digitally. - Monday Update!

Hi Everyone!

Before you read this post. I'm going to give you a link to Kate. What fun she's had over in her Garden today! Bless her! All for SIBOL too! Please pop over and say hello!

I thought you might be interested in the SIBOL article. I have loaded digitally today.
If you click on it, you will be able to adjust the size.

I've managed to take a photo off the computer. I loaded the magazine digitally. At last you can see our SIBOL Project in print!

You can buy copies at http://www.yudu.com/

Couple of mistakes I don't distribute  Blankets World Wide (at the moment! ha.ha.)
I only receive Squares from my friends  World Wide.
My Internet name is Mrs Twins.

Thanks Everyone!

Monday Up-Date!

Today I received Squares from marion119 (UK) and also DebiY (USA). Quite a surprise to receive them this morning when I came back from the Hairdressers.

marion119  (UK)has sent me Squares for the Blue and White Challenge which is still running. Also I had some lovely ones which will be suitable for the Flower Challenge (which has now ended). It's okay if you have sent them and they haven't arrived yet! I have plenty to keep me going....... (to other readers). There are Squares too which marion119 has sent which will be absolutely perfect for other Blankets. So thank you marion119.

I also had some great Squares from DebiY (USA) this morning. DebiY is a regular SIBOL contributor and I'm so grateful for your Squares too Debi! I'm pleased you enjoy taking part in SIBOL.
Debi put a note in with the Squares to say that the patterns are from Jan Eaton's book '200 Crochet Blocks' 94 Gothic Square
and 129 Anemone
Both patterns were modified a little, she said.

I've put the Squares together in the Slide Show for you all to see.  marion119's Squares come along first.

OOh, before I put the Slide Show on.  I have to say all the edging is finished now on my Blankets (took me longer than what I thought because I was busy yesterday trying to get a photo up of the Inside Crochet magazine article  and I also had the family here and it was really difficult to get a move on with the Blankets).

So I will post photos as soon as I can, but it will be within the next few days. That will be the final three of the 'sun' themed Blankets.

Here goes.....Enjoy!

Thank you !

  3. Thanks for the link back. I was going to guest post over here. But, didn't want to bump your article down. Maybe, I'll post the Blue and White in a while. It's drying now. Fun was had with this one, as it's easy to peddle around and do the chores during the pause periods.

Hope to get these two out by Wednesday. Doc check up tomorrow, so will be out most of the day.

    Toodles,
    Kate
