If anyone is willing to donate to this fantastic cause. Please follow the LINK
http://www.whh.nhs.uk/_store/documents/twiddlemuffsknittingpattern.pdf
Twiddlemuffs are so very useful to patients suffering with Dementia and I’m sure this is a great way of using our bits and pieces up.
Please do not send to SIBOL.
This is something I am willing to promote but I don’t really want to collect them myself and send on.

You're right Karin.
ReplyDeleteA number is nothing. A name is something.
Let's throw it out to everyone! I'm useless at names.
I think if we can come up with a wacky square. It might be a 'logo' for us! What do you think?
OOh, my mind won't rest, with all this excitement this evening. It will be me who can't sleep!
Hugs to you and so many thanks for your wonderful idea. We have to publicise this new 'Sunniest Sunshine Blanket!'.
Boy of boy!!!!! Karin is on fire with ideas. Sounds a bit like The Garden Bell has got to her ☺
ReplyDeleteMy only suggestion, without too much thinking - Sue mentioned that the purple and green were her mothers favourite colours - can we call her by her christian name or a family nickname???????
Mom's name is 'Alice' Bit difficult?
ReplyDeleteNO nickname. She's just the best person in the World!
She loves purple and green. Her garden is full of purple flowers, green grass of course.
Her house well she has purple carpets, green carpets. Purple ornaments, green ornaments. Everything matches.
Thanks ladies!
"Alice in Sunshineland" ........ ???
ReplyDeleteCould be!
ReplyDeleteI've added on Flickr.
ReplyDeleteThe name for 'Sunshine no. 3'
IS?
'Alice in Sunshineland'.
Thanks Karin and Maria!
